"I would like to commend your commercial representative Miakah McCauley for going all-in to assist me with the remodeling of our laundry rooms. The flooring we initially selected had a long lead-time and our laundry room service provider had an extremely tight deadline. The material was not going to arrive in time for a pre-planned dependent task project. I spoke with Miakah several times on September 7 about what we could do, I was willing to take some risks as to the material selection and availability, but she persisted and on the following day September 8, she sent me a message with a possible solution. I agreed to that solution and we agreed to install date after approval of the proposal.

"Our apartment complex uses ProFloors every time we need flooring replaced (which is quite often). We absolutely love working with ProFloors. They are great to talk to over the phone, the installers are professional and are always eager to communicate with us during an install. The GM has even come out to our complex a few times to inspect the jobs as he is a former flooring installer. It’s only happened once or twice where we weren’t 100% happy with something and both times they immediately sent someone out to correct the issue. Mistakes happen and not every install can be 100% flawless, but they make sure to make things right as fast as they can and we appreciate it.
