Greystar Maintenance Event
For this project, we tore out the center area of planks and replaced it with a carpet inset of Flor Kensington Blend - Black.
We do quality check inspections. These are spot checks to make sure our installers are following company procedures. But sometimes the property is closed for lunch. So I drop off one of these cards.

A FEW PRICE INCREASES
On Incidental and Repair labor lines
It's been a busy year at ProFloors as we continue to grow in both Northern California and Oregon. This growth means that we are able to keep our prices competitive because we buy in quantity.
One area that we need to make adjustments on are some of our incidental and repair labor prices. Examples: stairs, tack strips. Please note that not all labor prices are increasing. None of the installation prices will be increasing. For many of our customers, these will not affect your current prices. For properties that do have units with stairs, please feel free to contact us at 916-469-4800 with any questions or for updated pricing.

We are happy to partner with our customers. Partnership means that each party treats each other as equals, with respect and attention. Since 2014 we have partnered with Midpen and yesterday were happy to receive their Excellence award.
